Information in the request form

We collect your name, email address, optional store URL, request category and note. Campaign source, medium and name may be saved if provided in the link. Do not include customer orders, API keys, passwords or card details.

Purpose and retention

We use this information to respond, review early access or tester applications and provide support. The form creates a private WordPress record visible only to authorized administrators; it sends no automatic marketing or SMTP email. Request records are subject to daily cleanup after a maximum of 180 days. Contact support for correction or deletion requests.

Technical records and cookies

The hosting service may maintain standard access logs for security and operation. Form abuse prevention uses a short-lived keyed hash of the IP address; the raw address is not added to request content. This website does not load advertising pixels or third-party visitor analytics by default. Necessary WordPress cookies, such as administrator login cookies, may be used when applicable.

Purchases and third parties

Clicking the Pro purchase button loads Freemius checkout. Payment, tax, billing and license data is processed under that service’s terms. Our request form does not collect card details. Installing the StoreRuler plugin in your store is a separate action; this marketing website does not access your store’s orders or customers.

Your requests

Email support@erenlabs.net to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. We may need reasonable identity verification to protect your request. We will not ask for passwords or secret keys.
