No. StoreRuler uses your existing WooCommerce products, orders and customers. Lite → Pro uses the same StoreRuler records and settings; Pro is a separate plugin that runs instead of Lite.
Does my store have to use USD?
No. Store operations use the currency configured in WooCommerce. Reports keep different currencies separate and let you choose a currency. $39/$390 is the price of the StoreRuler Pro license, not a promise of an automatic currency-converting checkout plugin.
Which languages does the plugin support?
English, Turkish, German and Spanish are included. StoreRuler follows your WordPress language. This marketing website can be viewed in Turkish and English.
What happens to my records if Pro ends?
When Pro ends, Lite features continue after a 14-day grace period. Existing records remain viewable and exportable; customer gift cards, store credit and return obligations are kept. New Pro work is restricted.
Is StoreRuler a separate e-commerce platform?
No. StoreRuler is a management plugin for your existing WordPress + WooCommerce store. It brings online orders, retail sales and B2B work into the same store context.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite focuses on basic daily online store operations. Pro adds point of sale, stock counts, purchasing, B2B, advanced reporting, bulk work and additional SEO/team tools.
Where does my store data go?
Operations data stays in your WordPress/WooCommerce installation. Licensing/payment services and connected shipping providers may receive data needed for their service. This marketing website does not access your store orders.
Can I buy every shipping label in the panel?
In V1, paid shipment purchases are completed in the provider screen. Existing shipment details and labels can be viewed through supported connections. A standard packing label is different from a paid carrier shipping label.
How many sites does a license cover?
Pro pricing covers one site: $39 monthly or $390 annually. License and update conditions are shown at checkout.
What are the trial and refund terms?
There is no free Pro trial. Pro purchases include a 14-day unconditional refund guarantee. Lite is free; early access requests are currently open.
